Skillbridge provides hands-on vocational training and practical skill development designed to prepare participants for careers in trades, technical work, and in-demand industries. The program focuses on real-world skills that lead to long-term employment opportunities.

The Problem

Many individuals are willing to work but lack access to practical, hands-on training needed for skilled careers. Trade industries face ongoing labor shortages, while communities struggle with underemployment and limited career pathways.

Without accessible training and mentorship, people remain locked out of stable, higher-earning opportunities.

How the Program Works

Participants identify interests and aptitude for trade or technical pathways.

Hands-On Training

Introductory training in practical skills such as construction basics, maintenance, repair, and technical competencies.

Mentorship & Industry Exposure
